Terms of Service

The terms and conditions governing use of our website and services.

Effective date: 1 January 2026  ·  Last updated: 1 January 2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or engaging our services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Hiring Market Advisory Ltd.

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hiring Market Advisory Ltd website at hmadvisory.co.uk ("Site") and any services provided by Hiring Market Advisory Ltd ("HMA", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Services

HMA provides outsourced business support services including telemarketing, digital marketing, financial advisory, umbrella company services, PA and business support, and Premier Business Club membership. The specific terms for each service, including scope, pricing, and deliverables, are set out in individual service agreements or statements of work entered into between HMA and the client.

3. Engaging Our Services

All service engagements are subject to a separate written agreement. Submitting an enquiry via our website or contacting us does not constitute a binding contract for services. A contract is formed only when both parties have signed a service agreement or HMA has confirmed acceptance in writing.

4. Payment Terms

Where applicable, payment terms are as stated in your service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date
  • Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
  • We reserve the right to suspend services where invoices remain unpaid beyond agreed terms
  • All prices are stated exclusive of VAT unless otherwise indicated

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of HMA or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. Where we create materials on your behalf as part of a service engagement, ownership is governed by your service agreement.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site or our services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data
  • Transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
  • Interfere with the proper working of the Site
  • Engage in any activity that could damage the reputation of HMA

7. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content. Information on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. For tailored advice, please contact us directly.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HMA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability in connection with any claim arising from services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to HMA in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential all information received from the other party that is designated as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential. This obligation continues for a period of three years after the end of the relevant engagement, except for information that enters the public domain through no fault of the receiving party.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms of the relevant service agreement. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
